Support Services
OCS provides you with complete support helping you every step of the way. You are always encouraged to call anytime you have a question or a suggestion. Support for dental offices is our only business. When you begin using Office-Partner, your office will be assigned direct access to your own personal support representative. That person will become your primary contact at OCS. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our customers and we feel that we can best achieve this by creating a one-on-one relationship with you, our customer. We don't outsource our software support. Our support staff has many years of experience both working in dental offices, and with Office-Partner. You will never be frustrated trying to get support from someone who does not understand your business. At OCS, we speak your language. Additionally, OCS provides hardware services including computer, network and Internet access setup by our full time in-house technician who has been with OCS for over 18 years. Support is provided on a toll-free telephone number that is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time and after hours messages may be left for assistance upon our return.
